A police officer in Plano, Texas who pulled over a man for having an expired
registration hid $100 in the ticket he gave the driver. Hayden Carlo explained,
"You get paid, pay your bills, and there's your money. It's gone. I said
'there's no explanation for why I haven't done it, except I don't have the
money.' I said 'it was either feed my kids or get my registration done.'" Carlo
told reporters that with the $100 he was not only able to update his own
registration but his wife's as well. He added, "He helped me out when I needed
it and I appreciate that. I'll never forget that man. It definitely restored my
faith in God." (UPI)
