The family of a man who died this month are reunited with his prized LSU jacket.

After Michael Gagliano, 75, died at a nursing home, his relatives couldn't find the jacket.

Gagliano had the purple jacket special-made in the '90s. It features a large embroidered tiger head to commemorate his time as part of the LSU Tiger Band.

The nursing home staff told the family the jacket had been donated to Goodwill. But it turned out it had been given to another resident of the nursing home, who had handed it off to a relative.

The family got it back on Monday.
