Three people are now in custody for a deadly shooting this past June in the capital city.

Baton Rouge police say 24-year-old John Dunbar was arrested last night for the murder of 37-year-old Donald Ely on East Polk Street.  He and another man are accused of opening fire on Ely in what was believed to be a revenge killing linked to a deadly shooting in 2008.

A third person was arrested Tuesday as the suspected getaway driver in the June 29th murder.
