Louisiana State University and former band director Roy King are reaching a settlement in his lawsuit.
King was fired after being put on administrative leave back in April of last year. He'd been part of the school's band program for 18 years and was fired for misconduct after a months-long internal investigation.
Details of the agreement are not available.
